Sad news today folks.
Truseted, much loved, much used, often needed friend Terrance - the Mungos trolley - sadly passed away today. I hope you have fun in trolley heaven.
On a lighter (more painful for the eyes) note, Mungos now has its own MySpace –> www.myspace.com/mungosbar Sunglasses are optional, but recommended.
I just have to admire the person who got people to pay him £500 quid a go to take their Theory test for them.
Police have arrested the man after he has reportedly taken the theroy test an expected 200 times.
Quite a money spinner.
I would like ot think of my self as somewhat of a professional when it comes to websites. I mean it is what I do for a job. I have enough of the bloody things floating about on my server.
What amuses me are these people who design their entire site with images and image maps. Ok, so it makes your website look pretty but you really dont have a clue do you.
For one reason, it is illegal to not make your website readable to people with disabilities. Secondly, the speed to download. I know that most people have broadband now-a-days, but what about the poor person stuck on the end of a 56k?
I have nothing against people using images in their website, but not for the website.
It really annoys me for some reason. Am I being stupid or does anyone else out there share my passion?
see examples here at Middleton Business.
Firstly I have been annoyed with my D-Link router since I bought it. I wouldnt buy one again.
My problem is that Canterbury telephone exchange is being unbundled, meaning I can get 24Mbps connection to the interweb. So I need my router being made capable of ADSL2+, a firmware upgrade surely? I thought that I would email their support to check. Can I find an email address, no.
It really annoys me when companies do that. Please phone our premium help line or use the FAQ section. I just want to email you a quick question…. BASTARDS!
